The question that’s always driven my work is this:


How do we use food to support the body in a way that actually works?


Not just in clinical trials or diet plans, but in real kitchens, real routines, and real people.

That question has taken me from clinic rooms to private kitchens, from gene reports to roasting trays.


I hold a bachelors degree in nutrition, post-grad accreditations in nutrigenomics, and spent years as a Personal Chef for VIP clients, translating complex health needs into food that fits.

What I’ve learned is this: food isn’t neutral.


It’s always sending signals, shaping your energy, focus, resilience, and how you feel in your own skin.


My work is helping people understand that conversation, and shift it when they need to.

This isn’t about rigid plans or perfect eating.


It’s about clarity. Confidence. And knowing how to use food to support the life you actually live.

My name is Michelle Donath

I'm here because food is one of the most powerful tools we have, and most people don’t realise they’re holding it.

 

We all eat. Multiple times a day. Most of our lives revolve around food, planning it, buying it, worrying we're doing 'right', feeling guilty about it, or just wishing someone else would make it.

 

But food isn’t just fuel. It’s feedback.


What we eat, how it’s prepared, the way we feel when we eat, it all shapes our biology, our brain, our energy, and even how we age.

 

I’ve always been fascinated by that connection. Not just the nutrients. The full picture: the science of gene expression, the rituals of cooking, the way food lands in a body that’s stressed, moving, healing, or just trying to get through the day.

 

My work is about helping people understand that food isn’t something to fear or fix, it’s something to work with.

 

And when we do that intentionally, when we cook with purpose, eat with awareness, and stop chasing someone else’s plan, something shifts.


We feel clearer. Calmer. More capable.


And that changes everything.

I’m not here to hand you a meal plan and send you on your way. I’m here to help you understand how your body actually works, and how to feed it with more clarity, confidence, and care.
