Welcome to my side of the web, I'm here to share how food shapes your health, from your genes to your daily energy, with practical insights you can actually use.
How our body works has always fascinated me, and I'm a level-seven nerd when it comes to health and nutrition. So much so, I was awarded with The Golden Key International Honour Society while completing my degree. Yep, huge overachiever, but that's another story.
This curiosity and the many, many questions I have, lead me to study nutrigenomics. If you've not heard of Nutrigenomics, it's the science that bridges the gap between our genes and the environment.
It offers a deeper understanding of how our unique biology interacts with what we eat and how we live. It's not about predetermined outcomes, but our potential and how we can shape it through informed choices.

My practice is build on the principle that nature and nurture are partners, not rivals. There is no versus. They work in synergy.
Food is more than just fuel for the body, it's information that communicates with our genes. Every bite sends signals that can influence our energy, immunity, and longevity.
Our genetics provide the blueprint, but it's our lifestyle choices - what we eat, how we move, and how we manage stress - that shape the outcome of our health.



With a bachelors degree in nutrition, and additional practitioner accreditations in Nutrigenomics and Gut Ecology & Metabolic Modulation I've partnered with 3X4 Genetics to bring you the best genetic testing available.
My Approach
